I worked with SBC to build our new patio and screened in porch. It was a great result and we are very happy with the team. Justin started the process off by helping us visualize everything with 3D renderings. This part was very helpful in getting us to sign on with them. We had several bids from other companies that didn’t work as hard at this phase. After that, there was a wait for the permits to come through. Stay on top of that and keep in communication it can take a while. It did in our case. Once we got the permits, Our project manager JC took over. He was really exceptional and took us from breaking ground to finished product with great care. There were many times were decisions had to be made that would fine tune the project to meet actually site conditions. At every step, JC and I would discuss things so that we were on the same page. In the end, we have a great new porch that very much matches our original home build. It looks as though it was planned from the beginning when the house was built. Their team was also professional. They worked very hard and it shows. I highly recommended people talk to SBC if they are considering a project

We recently contracted SBC Outdoor Services to enact a vacant lot revitalization in a South Baltimore Neighborhood. It was an EXTREMELY pleasant experience start to finish.

The consultation phase with Brad Vecere was thorough and professional. He made sure that SBC understood our exact needs and our vision for the project before they put one shovel to the ground.
The project manager Keith Blucher was prompt with updates (with pictures!) and worked daily to tackle all problems and obstacles that cropped up (as they always do) as he and his crew were bringing our vision to life.
Their in-office staff member, Jessica Jones, made sure that we had access to SBC’s job portal, which should really get its own 5 star review for being a great tool to connect and inform everyone involved in the project.

I cannot recommend SBC Outdoor Services enough. Every single one of their employees that I have worked with or interacted with on this or any other project has been professional and friendly, not to mention ruthlessly dedicated to making sure that we were happy with their work.

I am a repeat customer for a reason! Patios, retaining walls, hardscaping, walkways, fire pits to outdoor lighting, they have saved my outdoors! I had a disaster from a few screw ups thinking they knew what they were doing and I have used SBC since to continue to improve my outdoors. These guys are top notch. I have never been disappointed in the professional workmanship and quality of work that Brad and his crew have done and performed for my family. They truly take pride in themselves and their work. You can just see the transformation in your home or property the moment they show up. I felt like my home and project was their #1 priority. I have had many projects done by other contractors and sometimes you feel like your project just isn’t that important to them. But not with SBC… I felt like everyday, I was their only customer. I would definitely recommend Brad and SBC to anyone trying to improve their outdoor space.
